VISION Foundation, Voluntary Initiative for Social Inclusion and Open Network Foundation

Research, learning and support that help communities grow

Who we are

VISION Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation. We work to help communities grow stronger and to build a society that includes everyone.

We study the problems people face, share what we learn, train people and organisations, and run programmes that put that knowledge to work.

What we do

Research

We carry out studies, surveys and records of community life, to understand the problems people face and find lasting answers.

Livelihoods and social development

We support work that helps people earn a living and live better lives.

Education and training

We run courses, skills training, vocational training and workshops for people and for organisations.

Building institutions

We set up and support resource centres, research institutes, training centres and other organisations that serve communities.

Working with partners

We work with central and state governments, public bodies, companies, civil society groups and other development agencies.

Programmes for communities

We plan, fund and run projects that improve people's lives and the life of their communities.

How we work

We bring together research, expertise, partners and work on the ground.

Our aim is simple: to turn knowledge into action, and to help build a fairer society where everyone has a place.
